You talk to the mother in the top of the tent, walk outside and over the bridge to the grandmother's tent. I talked to her and she vanished, when she's supposed to slowly walk over to where the mother is, while occasionally being attacked by a crow here and there. When the grandmother arrives, there's some dialogue that happens and you're able to turn it in. Like I said, she vanished, I tried walking to the mother to see if it would complete, it didn't. I went back to the grandmother's tent, she was still nowhere to be seen. The quest did not say failed either.
